For Saturday weddings, the venue is yours starting at noon on Friday. We ask that clean-up is complete and guests are off property by 4PM on Sunday.

Absolutely! We’re happy to host you 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Camping is not only allowed, but encouraged, at no extra cost. We do not have hookups or designated camping spaces, but we have plenty of room on property for rigs and tents of all sizes.

Yes — we ask that any loud stereo equipment is off by 10:30PM. You’re welcome to keep the party rolling as long as you’d like, but please be considerate of our neighbors after 10:30PM

We love pets, but due to liability reasons pets are not permitted on the venue grounds.

Nope. We consider ourselves stewards of the land and strive to keep Oregon green. Open flame of any kind is not permitted, including propane firepits and candles. BBQ’s are allowed.

We do not provide setup or teardown assistance of any kind during your time at The Range, but we are a phone call away if you need anything.

You are welcome to supply your own alcohol, but you are required to hire an OLCC licensed bartender to serve during your event. This is a non-negotiable policy.

50% deposit secures your reservation, we are not able to hold dates based on verbal commitment.

90 days prior to the wedding your remaining balance is due, along with a fully refundable security deposit.

We encourage couples to keep an eye on the weather, and have a large event tent rental on standby if needed. We do have have pop-up tents available on site if needed — (1) 10x20, (2) 10x10.

All pre-paid deposits and payments are non-refundable, but are transferable to a future date. (subject to availability)

Cell reception is great, and wifi is available.
